HotSpring Hot Tubs

We’d been thinking about a hot tub for a few years, so whenever I had the chance to pop into a store and learn about different options, I took it. I met with Deanna, who was refreshingly candid about why the Hot Spring collection stood out from other brands and how the saltwater system works to reduce day-to-day maintenance. After shopping around a bit, I came back to try the tub in store—having never owned a hot tub before, that hands-on experience was an important part of making such a large purchasing decision.

The tub was installed in early December without a single hiccup. The electrician, delivery, fill, and system setup all happened within a week of purchase. I live on acreage and deal with iron in our water, so I also purchased a soft-water filter for filling the tub. It worked perfectly—any acreage owner knows how quickly water can turn brown-orange once treated, but we had no issues at all.

I wanted to wait before writing a review, and now six weeks in, we’re absolutely loving it. The tub is easy to maintain, the staff have been incredibly helpful in teaching us proper water care, and the overall maintenance is minimal. Best of all, everyone’s muscles are appreciating the regular soaks. During the hectic pace of Christmas, it always felt like we had a treat waiting for us at the end of the day.

So far, I’m very impressed. The tub is fantastic, the water and jets feel amazing, and the staff are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in the community. There are a lot of options out there when it comes to hot tubs, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Decked Out and the Hot Spring line.

After a not so good experience at another hot tub seller in town I decided to stop in and check out Decked Out’s sales..Wow what a completely different experience.. Deanna and Mike answered my questions, didnt ignore me or see me as a “tire” kicker. Excellent customer service! Showed me different options between used ones and new ones they had on sale but never once was i made to feel pressured into buying something! If you want a pleasant and informative experience go and see these guys!

Decked Out provided us with great assistance with our purchase of our new spa.  We initially visited Decked Out back in mid July after taking some time to visit several dealers.  Decked Out impressed us with a great greeting form Mike who gladly “jumped in” (and no, not a spa) and not only offered us information, but gladly answered questions we had (which other dealers did not).

We did take a couple days to go over all the options from spa dealers we had visited.  We happily and confidently went with Decked Out and the Hot Spring Highlife Collection Jetsetter, which suited our needs perfectly.

We made the decision to go and choose from the many options and have ours made at the factory, which really made for a spa we can enjoy for years to come.

While we waited on the spa, conversations continued with Mike and all questions were answered and we continued with the process of getting everything in place for delivery.

Conversations were always friendly and helpful from all the staff whether in person, by phone, or text.
We now have enjoyed our spa for a week, as it was delivered mid-September and set up completed efficiently and knowledgeably by Cole.

We are stopping by Decked out this weekend in order to get some great help in testing our water and grabbing a few needed items.
